Information about Data on the main wood-using sectors in several
European countries
The basic statistics , principally supplied by FAO and government institutions,

a fairly accurate evaluation of current activity in the wood-using sector,
however we cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information which
the data may be found to contain.

people, phone numbers, etc. change over the years).
If a customer who has bought records from the Data Base finds substantial
errors in the information provided, Gardino Consulting formally guarantees
that it will either correct the mistake or supply new equivalent information.

that it also buys doors from other sources.

5 - How to select
one or more companies
Click on a country
(the Data Base accepts also multiple researches, e.g. 2/3 countries),
on the line of business, on the wood products used and, if required, also
the preferred size (large, medium or smaller companies), and then click
on “search”.
The display will
show how many companies have the required data, and i it will also display
an additional column to further facilitate the final choice of the suitable
company or companies. The new column (column 5) will indicate the main
used wood species. These are not necessarily identical to the used
wood species. The wood species are those included within fields
such as “European softwood, hardwoods, plywood, veneer” which can include
many different species. Therefore the “wood product” “European softwood”
can include species such as spruce, scots pine, maritime pine, radiata
pine, larch and several others. The “wood product” “European hardwood”
can include species such as beech, oak, cherry and many others.
Column 5 is an
additional help towards a final selection of suitable companies, but the
main means of selecting a company or companies remains the “main wood
products used” column.
Below is an example
of how one company will appear after a successful search:
